Dear Mr Harvey,
My name is Janice
Winters, I am little Ryan’s mother. I’m sure you know why I’m writing. I tried
to phone you but I think you rejected my call, so I’m sending this letter. Ryan
asked me not to, but things need to be said.
Why did he come back
from training tonight dressed as a girl? I distinctly remember that when I
dropped him off he was wearing his football kit, but when Cathy Harris brought
him home he was wearing a dress and his hair was in pigtails. I said to Cathy,
“What’s all this about, Cathy?”. She said don’t ask.
But I am
asking. Ryan hasn’t said a word since he came back and I want to know what
happened. How would you like to be dressed as a girl, Mr Harvey? I hope you
have the guts to call me when you get this, otherwise I’m going to kick up such
a fuss in that school, you won’t know what’s hit you.
We still haven’t
received an apology for what happened with the French exchange students. I’m
not happy, Mr Harvey.
Yours,
Janice Winters
